What Do You Need To Do To Be Saved?

Obtaining salvation is as simple as ABC:

ADMIT that you are a sinner.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

BELIEVE that Jesus is God's Son and that He died on the cross for you.
"But God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us!" (Romans 5:8)

CONFESS faith in Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
"If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10)

"For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:13)

If you've taken these steps and accepted Christ, we'd love to talk with you about the next step in your journey of faith. Call the church office at (417) 736-2148 or email church@fbcstrafford.org.
