On Monday, March 16, 2020, on advice from the Springfield-Greene County Health Department as well as state and federal officials, the Strafford Board of Aldermen approved an ordinance prohibiting gatherings of 50 or more people for the next 30 days. Additionally, a 30-day stay-at-home order has been issued by the city and county, effective Thursday, March 26.
To ensure the health and safety of our congregation and our community and to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, all services and activities at First Baptist Church are CANCELED until further notice.
For the foreseeable future, we will be livestreaming our worship service on Facebook and FreeOnlineChurch on Sunday mornings at 10:45 a.m. as well as a weekly Bible study on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. You can access sermon outlines and lyric sheets HERE.
